Camaraderie amongst staff is excellent.

Cons

The job title Assistant Marketing / Communications Manager is a LIE. You start off SELLING Verizon Fios to people - you don’t even do marketing or communications. You get promoted to Team Leader - but only AFTER you recruit four people on board to work, then you make money off of their sales. For it to be a “full time job,” you only make $200 per unit sold... but you only get $80 of it. Your Team Leader gets the other $120. If you’re not into commission based pay then you should definitely steer clear.

Cons

Minimal value add to clients forces management to over sell. Clear disconnect between expectations from junior staff and pay. Extremely political and non merit-based hierarchy. MDs often at odds with one another, overcomplicating basic tasks. Pompous behavior frequently rewarded. A LOT of turnover at all levels.
