      Pros

      Good and intelligent teams make the job worth doing. I really enjoy the people I work with. It makes the long hours not so bad.

      Cons

      Senior management does not appreciate the "worker" and values the "get" more. It is very difficult to get time off without comprising projects.

      you can be assigned interesting work from time to time

      Cons

      poor raises and bonus structure changed to make it harder to achieve. this while blowing their own horns about "record profits" during the height of the recent financial crisis.

      Can be challenging work for 1 or 2 years as a consultant There are "some" really smart and dedicated people working for them.

      Cons

      No true career path for the technologist FTI mis-represents what they can and cannot do Sr Management is severely behind in what technology is out there Wastes money on golf while they are laying people off every quarter
