FTI is very employee centric, they value their people and happiness. My overall job satisfaction is great. I enjoy the two or three days I spend in the office per week. I regularly see the branch and division managers and they are always glad to see me and spend a few minutes talking to me when I'm in the home office. The majority of my time is spent at the customer location. I feel that I am fairly compensated that my opinions and time are valued by the company. I am also a member of the National Guard, they have worked around my schedule and not made an issue with any of my training or obligations.

A great, welcoming community. Joining the team has been a great experience, constant communication and help with getting adjusted. Management cares about your progression and that has been made apparent in the short time starting here. Definitely a company that you can grow with.
