      They do not have the correct leadership in place. Growth would increase more if you had the correct HR and leaders in place.

      Pros

      The FTI culture of Core Values, Commitment, Compassion, and Charity is REAL. and not just marketing! Company is growing at a 20-30% and has tremendous team and personal advancement opportunities. Senior management is genuine and cares.

      Cons

      Nothing yet. Any company growing from 80 to 400 people in a few short years will have bumps...but I'd rather be a part of growth than decline.

      Pay is at the industry standard.

      Cons

      Attempts to mislead on the amount of 401k match (it’s only 2.5% just say it instead of stating half of 5%.). When on business travel, you are required to pay for your expenses. It took over a month to be reimbursed. It took over three pay periods to fix 401k auto draft . To correct it, a make up lump sum was required. At least they made up the missing contribution. Don’t take a job offer in August or September as the job might not exist after October 1 (Start of the calendar year for the Department of Defense. At this point a contract can be killed even if you are told it’s “Bonded”.
