Pros
I can say it's great experience because I can work with multinational co-workers, like Japanese, Taiwanese, Australasian, Chinese etc. Also it's provide high job security.
Cons
As a software engineer, if you want to be a higher technical level of software engineer, it's not a best place to work. Because Head of development center won't let you have enough technical document and support to understand their core systems for the sake of security.
