For an L1 engineer, it was $8-10K USD; L2 got $12-17k USD. * 401(k) plan that matches contributions. Additional time accrues at roughly 0.25/hr of vacation time per week ( or per day, I forget) * Your choice of Hourly or salaried compensation (most opt for hourly). * L1 Remote support engineers at $50/hr USD or $130.000/yr * L2 Remote support Engineers start at $60/hr USD or $180.000/yr * Project engineers get the same as L2 * L3 is fully salaried (dunno their compensation)
