Pros

Great benefits Fair Salary Generous PTO Work around very smart, dedicated teammates A lot of their roles are remote

Cons

Diversity isn't one of their strong suits, despite "promoting it". Moving up in the company can be quite difficult.

Pros

* Sign-on bonus for new hires (for me, it was about 5K USD) * Annual bonus between 5-15K USD * Performance bonus (done annually) is between 7%-10% of your salary. For an L1 engineer, it was $8-10K USD; L2 got $12-17k USD. * 401(k) plan that matches contributions. No ceiling on contributions. * Fully paid maternity AND Paternity leave up to 6 months. * Low deductible PPO plans (about $4k USD last I checked). Dental, vision, (cigna, MetLife, usually). * Per diem for travel expenses (for Installation projects, site visits, etc). Accrued whether you do or don't travel for it. * Project Engineers or salespeople usually get a fleet vehicle. * Child-care benefits (Fuji reimburses you for daycare for kids). * 100% reimbursement by Fuji for product training, including certifications (CompTIA, A+, Oracle DBA, AWS, etc). Get paid while learning new skills. * L1, L2, and L3 Engineering positions are 100% remote. The aforementioned benefits still apply! * 4-week paid vacation time automatically available upon hire. Additional time accrues at roughly 0.25/hr of vacation time per week ( or per day, I forget) * Your choice of Hourly or salaried compensation (most opt for hourly). * L1 Remote support engineers at $50/hr USD or $130.000/yr * L2 Remote support Engineers start at $60/hr USD or $180.000/yr * Project engineers get the same as L2 * L3 is fully salaried (dunno their compensation)

Cons

Lack of diversity, I guess? The Entire Management structure is exclusively male. About 85% white, 15% East Asian, The same applies to non-managerial, engineering & tech support roles.

Pros

Coworkers are pretty good, benefits are not awful, and opportunity to learn many things

Cons

Disorganized work environment, poor management, incompetency gets promoted, hard work goes unnoticed, lazy people get better raises because it's all about building a relationship with management and not actually doing the work, out of touch management using antiquated systems, technology and instruments are incredibly outdated by modern standards, benefits are not great compared to other companies, no shift differentials, yearly bonus is abysmal, raises dispersed throughout the company are hard capped at a certain amount of people, have to write your own performance reviews despite the stuff you spend hours writing making little to no difference in the end because they were going to give you the score they felt like giving you anyways, workload is asking a bit much for simple chemists
