The work can become monotonous at times. Long hours of work sometimes. No bonus payments.

work environment is pretty good such as full of good coworkers, cheap dormitory provided to unmarried workers, flextime. job requires high responsibility so you can feel personal growth.

Cons

Hardness of work depends on which department you belong to. No matter how long you work overtime, you are not paid extra.

The benefits are great, with full medical, dental, vision, and so on immediately on starting. The work is minimal on stress.

Cons

The 12 hour rotating shift can be killer if you're new to it like I was, but there are other positions that are 8 hours.
