Good exposure to technology and systems but you need to be a self learner. - Good Customer base - Possibility of achieving reasonable work-life balance if you achieve your targets, and are able to handle your customers effectively - Good mix of people

      Attention to detail is very important. There is no room for mistakes. You have to cross your Ts and dot your Is. 24 hours, 7 days a week
