If you don't need to work full time; then this is a place to work - especially if you are hired thru a temp agency.

The work is not constant for the most part and the pay keeps changing as well as the hours

The people that I worked with were very nice. The company is a large global company.

Cons

Nowhere to go if you are not Japanese, as the upper management position typically go to people that come from Japan. Photographic products are declining.
