Pros

Some interesting projects in the early years. A team of knowledgeable scientists to work with and a good working environment. Reasonable terms and conditions for permanent staff that joined the company early

Cons

Constant downsizing and cost cutting. The most promising projects were axed while others were left to run for far too long. No future without innovation

Pros

Great people, high level of expertise around, professional. Able to resource things if it wants to, can capable of investing but too risk averse sometimes.

Cons

Pay and benefits are average, but made up for in other ways. Maybe need some new blood in management, from outside the Fuji Group to break narrow ways of thinking about things.
