Pros

Colleagues are mostly very intelligent, talented and motivated. We were able to handle multiple projects at once

Cons

Some colleagues do nothing and just come to the office to get paid. Women did not get promoted so often. Young people were motivated and suggesting several projects/work styles to management, but they tend to reject and say no

The organisation also provides training for employees to upskill. Management walks the talk as well as spending time knowing their people needs by conducting town hall, people sessions and one to one.
