Pros
It was a great place to work, I had a lot of collaborative moments with my coworkers and they always appreciated my input on projects. Was I given credit for the things I've worked on? About 80% of the time, yes. I had a great time working with the team I was assigned to.
Cons
A LOT of work, sometimes I had to reprioritize since there were a lot of product launches happening at the same time from different business units.
