Pros
The people are incredibly helpful, and the HR department are amazing. Hybrid working arrangements are great. Great GM's.
Cons
Middle management can be tedious and will micromanage. You are expected to work more hours and not ask for time in lieu. The systems are outdated and jobs are made much harder due to complacency from older employees and managers. Offsite parking 10mins away from office with not many spaces, you would then be expected to pay for parking all day if none available. Big discrepency with management between departments, with some florishing and fun and some very corporate and rigid. Alot of blame from mid-management instead of taking responsibility.
