      Pros

      Some of the leads and managers in charge at night were very kind and understandable about the issues we were having making it hard to do the job daily.

      Cons

      They almost require you to do OT. Wouldn't let you use your PTO . Wouldn't let you buy back your PTO till we brought it up. Now they have a cap on how much they will pay back to you and tax it. The management is terrible its QUANTITY over Quality

      work load is interesting a mix of matters

      Pay not commensurate with responsibilities of role No benefits (since Covid social club has ceased to exist) No free food or drinks other than during sales conference
