Fujifilm is made up of some really good people, who are generally passionate about the products and services.

Cons

Although Fujifilm is quite innovative and offers a diverse range of solutions, most people outside perceive it as the old analogue camera and film company. The word "film" in the name probably doesn't do any favours.

A lot little Napoleons Managers don’t know what’s personal space, hence will intrude into your personal social media Because of little napoleons, favouritism culture is very strong and people work to satisfy the top, not the business Manager also make your life hard even if you resigned
