If you don't need to work full time; then this is a place to work - especially if you are hired thru a temp agency.

Very nice people to work with, nice twice a year bonuses (once you're there over a year); automatic vesting on 401K. Management tries to do the right thing. Great xmas party.

Japanese management changes often; Strictly Japanese management style. no training.
