Pros

There is nothing positive to add to this section.

Cons

My experience with this organization was overwhelmingly negative due to poor leadership, inconsistent communication, and a work environment that lacked stability. From the beginning, I felt employees were expected to somehow know expectations that were never clearly communicated. Rather than receiving direction, I often felt management expected employees to "read minds" and fill in the gaps themselves. This created constant uncertainty and made it difficult to perform the job successfully, regardless of effort or experience. During my time with the company, I witnessed what felt like a revolving door of supervisors and employees leaving or being terminated. The turnover was so frequent that it became difficult to build consistency, trust, or confidence in leadership. Instead of creating stability, the constant changes only added to the confusion. One of my biggest concerns was how workplace policies and standard operating procedures were written and enforced. In my experience, they were often vague, open to interpretation, or applied inconsistently. This left employees feeling as though their job security depended less on their actual performance and more on how a situation happened to be interpreted. It created an atmosphere where many people felt they could be disciplined or terminated despite believing they had acted appropriately. I also experienced an organization that lacked accountability where it mattered most. Problems were often left unresolved, communication between departments was inconsistent, and expectations frequently changed without explanation. Rather than providing employees with the tools and support needed to succeed, the environment often felt reactive, disorganized, and unpredictable. Overall, my experience was one of constant uncertainty, inconsistent leadership, poor communication, and low morale. I left feeling that success depended less on doing a good job and more on navigating an environment where expectations, accountability, and enforcement were rarely consistent. I would encourage anyone considering employment here to ask detailed questions about leadership stability, communication, and how workplace policies are actually applied before accepting a position.

Pros

Repetitive work, Predictability when it comes to assets needed.

Cons

Leadership & Culture Leadership operates in a fear-based environment where employees feel pressured to comply with directives — even questionable ones — out of concern for job security. There is little psychological safety to push back or offer alternative perspectives. Innovation & Strategy The company heavily relies on prior-year benchmarks with minimal appetite for experimentation or fresh thinking. The marketing team in particular tends to recycle strategies rather than develop new creative approaches, leaving the brand feeling stagnant. Diversity, Equity & Inclusion During COVID-19, senior leadership — including the CEO — failed to demonstrate empathy or awareness toward Asian employees during a period of heightened racial tension. This tone from the top had a lasting impact on trust and morale. Brand & Influencer Relations The company's reluctance to take a stance on key cultural and social moments cost them meaningful influencer partnerships. In an era where brand authenticity matters, the silence was noticed — and acted upon. Workload & Resources Employees are regularly given heavy workloads without the tools, headcount, or support needed to execute effectively. Much of the effort feels performative rather than impactful, leading to burnout and disengagement. Career Growth Advancement tends to favor those at the top rather than the people driving day-to-day results. Contributions from individual contributors often go unrecognized in terms of promotion or compensation. Team Dynamics The internal culture is highly competitive in an unhealthy way — colleagues are more likely to deflect blame than collaborate, creating a siloed and politically charged work environment.
