Pros
The company draws you in with the potential, which is evident and a fairly competitive compensation. There are quite a few great people in the organization who, if left to contribute, could make a significant impact on the organization.
Cons
There is a corporate culture of mistrust, blame and circumstantial targeting. When the company does well, they celebrate and pay accolades as to how well the upper management led the success. However, when the company does poorly, there are layoffs, firings and blaming of many individuals that have caused this demise. Since there is no real HR representation, there is no one to go to if you are one of, or know one of, those individuals who have been unfairly targeted.
