Pros

Most of the people working there are nice and helpful. They take great strides to keep you safe on the job. The pay is very competitive.

Cons

Some supervisors, managers or leads should definitely not be in any position to train anyone and are actually unwilling to a majority of the time.

There aren't any good reasons to work here.

Cons

They didn't really train you. Their machines were constantly in a state of disrepair. Toxic culture. Forced overtime. Disrespectful management. Avoid this place like the plague.
