Pros

A lot is asked and the compensation does not equate to the effort. As a whole it is a great company’s that does some really great things but small town pay for big league results.

Cons

Pay is lower than most would like and would go elsewhere if other options were readily available.

There are some nice people there

Cons

If you are a hard worker you will get the joys of picking up others people slack with no incentive You will also get to work with people who openly use drugs while at work or come in under the influence and just hope they are in a safe state of mind to work and will not cause injury to themselves or you There is little to no room for climbing the ladder
