Poor culture. CEO is an arrogant, CEO/CFO have no faith in mid-level managers. Would not recommend FXI to anyone.

Pros

1. Good company culture of inclusion, open communication and teamwork. 2. Benefits are competitive and good PTO package 3. Flexibility-the company is relatively diversified in the industries they serve.

Cons

1. Private equity firm-Unfortunately this is the biggest drawback of the company--they are owned by a private equity company and job stability can be iffy depending on who owns them and the flavour of the month at the time! 2. Onboarding could use some serious development.
