There is not one pro to this company!

Cons

Horrible and clueless management. Unethical practices. Extremely stressful and toxic environment Was forced to work in the office during covid as a nonessential business Cut everyone's pay during covid Knew some of the workers had covid and didn't care. Treats there factory workers like absolute garbage. Worst health insurance I have ever had

The company is the edge of the mattress production industry if it worked at least at a 40% of its capacity

Is in the hands of ex-cons and opportunistic parasites that have a knack to sabotage everything that works.

Paid well, good benefits, good hours

Cons

Poor leadership or lack thereof. Unprofessional and political. Management gets bullied by hourly personnel. Toxic environment for young professionals, who are requested to perform demeaning tasks/work. New professionals with new ideas are not well-received and are treated very poorly. Deliberate/careless safety violations go unaddressed. Only recommended for workers who do not care to develop themselves in their professions.
