Great owners. Flexibility. Autonomy. Continuing education encouraged and promoted. Ethical billing and treatment of patients. 1-1 patient/PT ratio. Focus on patient care.

Cons

Salary was low, however, it seemed to be somewhat normal for his area.

Pros

Our private outpatient PT clinic became a FYZICAL and everything I loved about our small company gradually changed. It took about a year (with preaching my new management that everything would remain the same) and before I knew it I was no longer working for the company I loved.

Cons

Overwork providers with huge emphasis on productivity, cancellation rates. They preach one-on-one service but this was never the case.
