FYZICAL has such a great culture. The people you get to work with daily are amazing and very collaborative. They truly understand work-life balance and taking time for what's important in life, while still remaining productive. The opportunities are endless, and I feel appreciated for the work I do every day.

Cons

Sometimes, we will keep you on your toes, but change is inevitable with anything in life. We just learn to communicate better and collaborate for the common goal.

Wonderful culture, wonderful employees. The HQ team is extremely collaborative with a genuine sense of camaraderie among colleagues. It's an environment where everyone feels valued and respected.

Cons

As with any organization, there are challenges that arise from time to time but for the most part, everyone at HQ is dedicated to doing what's right for the company.
