Cons

Overflowing with pts. Taking a lot of extra work home or staying after. Only get paid for direct pt care. Good for business not for work life balance.

I enjoy working for a company that helps people, both the patients that can be seen one-on-one and the employees who work hard to give the patients a good experience. My team mates are incredible, my boss recognizes my efforts and mentors me where I need to improve, and I feel good at the end of the day. And, best of all, when I go home there are no emails, calls, or texts for me to do more work!

Cons

There is always the business aspect of business, but that isn't really a con since it exists everywhere.
