      Little mentorship. Fosters competition between. Limited PTO that you're required use.

      The pay was okay for the job initially.

      Cons

      Management wanted to force a sliding pay scale based on productivity. 100% productivity would get you your regular salary. 95% productivity would drop your pay $1 an hour. 105% productivity would give you $0.05 an hour raise. They encourage patients to come in when sick or pay $40 cancelation fee.
