      Able to work closely with patients and in direct contact with PT

      Cons

      Poor pay. Repeat a lot of the same thing so you dont get to see different treatments and rehabilitation.

      Fun and challenging environment. You will have very little down time. Lots of room for growth if you have a good work ethic and positive attitude. Management is flexible and understanding.
