great benefits, great coworkers, fun atmosphere!

season is extremely busy, not a lot of help often times. We were the techs and front desk for quite a few months at one point, very stressful.

Great patients and clinical staff to work with; good starting out experience

Cons

Low pay; management has created a culture of not respecting their employees; only worried about money and “patient care” but not the people that take care of their patients; Let go of dozens of long term employees during the pandemic without any kind of compensation (no PTO paid, no severance) when they know they have no chance of getting another job, not even a follow up after; value profits over people

Layoffs are never an easy decision and we hope to engage former team members as our locations are able to carry full patient loads again. We aim to ensure the wellness for both our patients and our team members, and we are disappointed to hear you feel we did not achieve that goal. Each center is independently owned and operated, but your experience here is important to us as we continue to grow and we appreciate your feedback. Pros

High level technology is the goal for all locations. Free CEUs, but very uneven quality of training from corporate.

Cons

Corporate is learning how to run the business on the backs of the individual franchisees and they lack clinical empathy. President of operations and other former PTs who are the leaders have lost their sense of what it is like to be in the trenches. So many of these former clinicians are now making money off of the poor people who actually do physical therapy. Also more focused on the new people and tends to ignore the older ones.
