I have been at FZ for a number of years and it’s without a doubt the best place I’ve ever worked. Honestly, I love this place, positive work environment with an awesome team. The culture is amazing, the people are friendly and very talented. Charles is extremely generous, he supports our team and offers the opportunity for individuals to grow within their roles. FZ provides work-life balance and flexibility with individual employee's needs.
Cons
No company is perfect, on occasion the work comes in fast and occasionally you may see people working longer hours to bring it over the finish line and ensure client deadlines are met. I think this is pretty normal in our industry though and overall, the work-life balance is great!
