      Pros

      Amazing co-workers that are passionate about their job and the company. Management encourages growth and is there to guide you in order to achieve goals. Great work environment with no workplace drama. Excellent benefits and competitive salary. I've been here two years and going strong!!

      After 20 years in business still only 11 employees. You really have to wonder.

      MICROMANAGEMENT. CONTROL NUT. No progression, low pay. You are never good at what you do. Don't believe it. You have been warned.
