Pros
FabSoft is a great place to work at and a great fun environment. Everyone that works at FabSoft seems to get along very well. In general, there is a good social environment that is promoted by the company. FabSoft was able to find my strengths and leverage them, they also found some of my weaknesses and worked on improving them. At FabSoft, they expect you to work and be responsible, professional etc. and they also pay and reward for it.
Cons
One of the challenges at FabSoft is security which is very important and enforced, since they support large accounts. FabSoft even made me sign a document upfront enforcing the security policy. I have seen a few employees disgruntled about not being able to use company computers for personal use, even after they have signed the security document

Pros
The pros is well you're working and making some money. Learn what you can but don't get comfortable, keep looking for another job, this is not the place where you stay to build a career.
Cons
No Work-Life Balance Ridiculous Rules - No talking, has 0 tolerance against personal activity, no socialization, basically the whole time you're in the office you're expected to perform like a robot. No career growth No job security, people get fired or leave in just months
