Pros
great company- lots of room for growth and great perks- free outfit each month and discounts. Fully supported staff during covid- remote work and paid us our median salary each week.
Cons
management was always on us to speak to every single person who walked in. You could tell some people did not want to be bothered and were just looking and left because we were to much, other customers wanted to be guided around and shown everything. Its important to have discrention and for management to trust that we know how to sell not bombard every single person who walks in. Also towards the end of my time there they started hiring mainly slim girls- lack of different body types.
