There were always opportunities for growth. The team was incredibly uplifting and it was overall a blast to work for Fabletics.

It was hard to work store hours and I did wish I could have advanced to corporate

Good upper management, great access to information for learning things about the business that pertain to your role, and good support while training/new

Cons

Beware of promises in interview, get it in writing, rush to hire sales associates therefore counter productive, stores face negative consequences for low traffic and sales
