Pros

Comradery with other associates, discount, and flexibility if going to school, another job, etc. You can work your way up the ladder pretty quickly, but (see cons).

Cons

Needs more organization to avoid staying there after hours or overworking employees. Management is not loyal to their employees who've been there for a long time, even if you've been promoted or worked hard, they will do away with you if their authority is justifiably questioned.
