You get free clothes and you get to travel.

Cons

The people who run retail activations are terrible. During my time on the team, I faced harassment and was put into many uncomfortable situations. Anytime I brought up anything I was made into a joke or not taken seriously. The pay is not that great for the amount of work that you have to do. The work included unloading pallets from semi-trucks and pulling heavy pallet jacks and other heavy equipment long distances unpacking pallets with hundreds of boxes and sitting on concrete for hours unboxing thousands of units of products and building displays. You work long days and once you open the popup shops you deal with the most terrible demographic of customers- Cheer moms and cheerleaders. Also, they take weeks to reimburse you for trips and expenses. You can expect heavy drinking from management at team dinners. Don't forget about all the uncomfortable inappropriate conversations you'll have to deal with from management.

I absolutely loved working for this company. They always had appreciation for their employees and cared that we were well educated on products and customer satisfaction. Also bonus points for employee recognition every month and amazing bonus programs.
