Pros

Opportunity for growth within the stores. Managers are nice and district managers are nice. It's a great first job, or great if you're going to school and can only work minimal hours

Cons

Either no work/ life balance, or you can't pay your bills. You'll be considered part time, but will still be scheduled full time hours with no benefits. Not a lot of opportunities for raises or bonuses
