Great company, provides PTO and insurance. It is fun connecting with customers.

Cons

Upper management is really tough on making goals which is understandable but they dont understand how sometimes customers do not care to be bothered.

Very relaxed and laid-back company to work for. Management is very hands-on and helpful with questions and instructions. Kate is an excellent CEO and runs an organized and orderly company. All of my co-workers are very respectful and professional. I would highly recommend working here to anyone who enjoys a calm and engaging workplace.

Cons

I do not get as much face-to-face time with management or my co-workers as I’d like.
