Pros

Great office environment - learned a lot working here, they stay up to date with current industry trends. Very talented employees, and able to grow within the company. Great leadership, and have weekly team meetings that really help the company process.

Cons

Only con would be the culture is a little extreme sometimes.

Pros

One of the best things about working at Fabletics was the TEAM! Everyone worked very well with one another. They’re incredibly welcoming and easy to get along with. I've made friends that I'll keep forever. There is a lot of room to learn and grow beyond your position. Management is very open to any opportunity that the employees want to take and are very supportive of our career goals and ambitions. There is no micromanaging, you’re just expected to get the work done and trusted to do it right.

Cons

At times there was a lack of organizational structure. Because everyone's job depended upon someone else's successful completion of their tasks, it could easily get thrown out of whack. When it comes to working as a team, it can be described as a lot of highs and some lows. When things got hectic, tension got high at times.
