      Great perks and plenty of them! 401K match and equity for all corporate employees were just added in the past 6 months. Positive morale and work/life balance on some teams (including my own), but I know this is not consistent across the board. Several teams need more headcount and better processes to meet executive demands.

      Cons

      Some teams really struggle with workload and a lack of direction. Maybe this will improve when we return to office, but maybe not. The company is growing very quickly and this is leading to some serious burnout and turnover.

      Flexibility with my other job, great team of girls, free monthly outfit!

      When working retail you always have some issues with customers. No major issues with the company.
