Fabletics is proud to prioritize our employees’ growth through regular performance conversations, training and professional development programs, and opportunities for promotions and upward mobility. We continue to offer competitive compensation packages, while providing action-oriented plans for employees to reach their career goals. Our people team is always available and proactive to ensure employees have the ability and opportunity to discuss their employment and what can be done to further their careers within the company. We have a transparent business outlook and internal communications policy, in which all employees are aware of our businesses’ needs and projected growth, including how we intend to reach the benchmarks we set forth. We encourage all employees to speak with their managers and/or teams, should any concerns arise.

Pros

You get free clothes and you get to travel.

Cons

The people who run retail activations are terrible. During my time on the team, I faced harassment and was put into many uncomfortable situations. Anytime I brought up anything I was made into a joke or not taken seriously. The pay is not that great for the amount of work that you have to do. The work included unloading pallets from semi-trucks and pulling heavy pallet jacks and other heavy equipment long distances unpacking pallets with hundreds of boxes and sitting on concrete for hours unboxing thousands of units of products and building displays. You work long days and once you open the popup shops you deal with the most terrible demographic of customers- Cheer moms and cheerleaders. Also, they take weeks to reimburse you for trips and expenses. You can expect heavy drinking from management at team dinners. Don't forget about all the uncomfortable inappropriate conversations you'll have to deal with from management.
