      Pros

      Good benefits and PTO package and positive atmosphere. Decent compensation with some room for growth

      Cons

      Store is on it’s 6th SM in 5 years of being open, and I had to witness a few employees become dissatisfied with the company’s treatment of its top performers. Also a significant lack of support for visuals meant a high standard of work needed to be achieved with minimal time and staff.
