Fun Product, but its hard to focus on it.

Pros

Fun, innovative product, very smart people

Cons

Currently, very high amount of turnover. Seems like a lot of disagreement within management. Israel <> US communication can leave more to be desired. No published advancement tracks. No professional development.

Barely any. In fact I wonder if people think their "pros" are pros because they've never worked anywhere else.

Cons

Completely the opposite of diversity and inclusion. Everyone is an ignorant amateur and management is completely unprofessional.
