Pros
This is for certain business unit. High-end products but poor internal communication and management. Undecisive working environment. Unfair work distribution. Put senior job for junior to handle.
Cons
Don't fall for that "fast paced environment" scheme. Only a mess that I can see. Incompetent of LEAN manufacturing . High defects amount and still doing good income. Low-standard , no well-written job assignment for teams ,poor on the job training. All of these issues are depending on middle management not the engineers. Higher management knows it well while people are continuously leaving the BU. (Acaxxx)
