Employees are friendly although the environment is very tense ! Employees trying their best to keep the work environment manageable !

Cons

Stressful environment Long hours including works on weekends Abusing salary staff by over assignment without paying attention to team bandwidth Top management just care about revenue not employees High turnover on employees
