Business Outlook
Pros
- Generally nice people to work with - Some form of staff welfare (Annual staff retreats, Recreation Committee, etc)
Cons
- Some "bicycle style" management; the senior management only focuses on sales figures and nothing else - Complete lack of work-life balance - Upper management quite political and don't seem to see the high staff turnover rate for sales people (who are actually bringing in the bulk of revenue), continuously push the staff to work overtime and many of them are juggling multiple unrelated job scopes
