Tough work. More and more difficult to get promotion. Leadership not treating the team fairly.

Training was lackluster - probably why I left

Little oversight day-to-day as long as you hit your targets

Cons

Not a very fun workplace, office was dull. Training on their proprietary software as an experienced hire was little-none, which is a shame because if I learned the product better I probably would have stayed.
