Pros
In my 9 years with FactSet, I've held multiple positions. That I can say, that there are different opportunities and learnings you could get while in the company. Plus, they provide different trainings to enhance your hard and soft skills.
Cons
- Do not expect much in the promotional increase. - When I entered the company, the performance bonus and salary increase is twice a year. Now, it is just once a year. I was told that before it was actually given quarterly. - Your lucky if you got a manager that doesn't micromanage. :)
