Pros

Words fail me in describing this great company. It's one of Fortune's 100 best places to work. It has less than 5% annual attrition rate. You get free soda, juice, coffee, tea, and milk - daily. There's always a reason to give away GCs.

Cons

I can't think of any. Bigger pay, perhaps? Other venues for the holiday party besides Sofitel?
