Pros

You will get the habit of working hard. You will be under constant pressure of layoff, which will motivate you to study and continue to give interviews. Every quarter they will have companywide meetings and they will discuss that they are not getting that much profit. If you don't believe it, these meetings are available on YouTube. just search and the CEO will tell you that they are not making much profit and they have to do the layoffs. You get free food and free transport in exchange for work-life balance.

Cons

Old technologies. Low profits, 2 yearly layoffs(2023,2024), and 3 (quarterly) silent layoffs. but if you join this company you will be more serious about your career.
