I absolutely love working for FactSet! My favorite part about the company, by far, is people. FactSetters are driven and passionate individuals working towards a common goal. The management provides multiple opportunities for upward mobility, which is encouraged and supported. By allowing its employees to find their own niche within the firm, the company ensures personal and professional satisfaction. This, in return, becomes a decisive factor for people to build their long-term careers with FactSet.

Cons

I haven't encountered any negative experiences during my career at FactSet. Hopefully, this trend will continue and I will have only positive things to share.
